Refund policy

The customer may reconsider their purchase and return the purchased items without having to give any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned intact, not worn or used, in the same condition in which they were received, preferably in the original packaging.

The return of the products is the customer's responsibility and must be made by express courier with shipment tracking, the costs of which shall be borne entirely by the customer. Until confirmation of receipt,  the shipment is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
