Shipping policy

La spedizione avviene entro il termine indicativo di 4 giorni lavorativi in Europa e di 6-7 giorni lavorativi in Paesi extra UE, salvo ritardi non imputabili all’azienda. Se il destinatario non è disponibile, sarà informato di un eventuale indirizzo di reindirizzamento a un UPS Access Point mediante apposito avviso lasciato presso la sede dello stesso. In caso di mancato ritiro entro il termine (15 gg) l’ordine viene rispedito alla Società e le spese saranno a carico del Cliente. Per ogni ulteriore informazione si rimanda alla policy di UPS.

The shipment takes place within the indicative term of 4 working days in Europe and 6-7 working days in non-EU countries, except for delays not attributable to the company. If the recipient is not available, he will be informed of a possible redirection address to a UPS Access Point by means of a specific notice left at the headquarters of the same. In case of non-collection within the term (15 days) the order is sent back to the Company and the costs will be borne by the Customer. For any further information, please refer to the UPS policy.
