Informativa sui rimborsi

Il cliente può ripensare al suo acquisto e restituire gli articoli acquistati senza doverne specificare il motivo, entro 7 giorni di calendario dalla data di ricevimento della merce.

La merce va restituita integra, non indossata o utilizzata, nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata ricevuta, con la confezione originale e il sigillo di sicurezza in plastica non rimosso.

La restituzione dei prodotti è sotto la responsabilità del cliente e dovrà avvenire tramite corriere espresso con possibilità di rintracciare la spedizione, le cui spese saranno integralmente a carico del cliente. La spedizione, fino all'attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel negozio lunaticamilano.com, è sotto la completa responsabilità del Cliente.
